Before any dredging work can commence after the contract must have been awarded and paperwork is done and gotten out of the way, a major work must be done on the supposed dredging site to facilitate the actual dredging when it finally commences. This very important work is called SITE ANALYSIS. It involves several things such as site investigation, survey, sand search, clearing, excavation, etc.
